What is your blog about?
Crafting, DIY Projects, Repurposing, and Quilting mainly. I’d like to think I dabble in being a good cook but I haven’t posted much about that.
How long have you been blogging?
Only for about 3 months but I’ve become completely obsessed with it!
Where are you from?
I claim Texas, but I’ve moved around my whole life. I spent a little over 7 years in West Virginia during high school and college so I will say WV has a big part of my heart too! But all my family is from Texas so that is what I claim! 🙂
Why did you start blogging?
I love crafts and I felt I wanted to share the things I’m working on. I’ve been crafting a long time thanks to my wonderful mother! We’ve been working on little projects as long as I can remember. She also started a blog a couple weeks before I started mine!
Favorite place to shop?
Is Joann’s and Hobby Lobby to cheesy? I’ll go with World Market then!
Favorite beauty item?
I can’t say that I do a lot with beauty items. I’m pretty basic, but I do get a Birchbox every month and it is my favorite part of the month!
Favorite tech device?
My iphone! I have no clue what I did without it.
Either my grandmothers recipe for macaroni salad or pecan pie. These are two of my comfort foods also!
How do you relax after a crazy day?
Normally lay on the couch and watch tv with foxy my dog.
Strangest food you have eaten?
Cactus. Which I guess is more common then I knew.
If you get 30 minutes of free time, what do you end up doing?
Lately I’ve been obsessing over my blog in all my free time!
Favorite song of the moment?
Oxford Comma by Vampire Weekend. I know its been around but for some reason I’ve been playing it on repeat.
I’m not reading any books right now. I’ve been reading blogs constantly though…does that count?
You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, ‘I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.’ You must do the thing you think you cannot do.
Thank you friends for all that have linked up! You all truly inspire me! 🙂
