I wanted to bring a little gift with me from Cali. There is a beautiful succulent nursery here so I stopped by and thought this would be the perfect gift! I found the cute tin pots at IKEA. I’ve also seen these pots at Target in the dollar spot. I wrapped twine around the pot and added the tag that Besotted designed. I laminated the tag so water wouldn’t ruin it. 🙂 Love that laminator.
That’s it! A simple, pretty, and inexpensive gift for family. If you want to read about how to care for succulents check out the post by Melyssa from The Nectar Collective!
These look great! I think succulents make wonderful gifts, too – there is just something so sweet about them! The tags you made are lovely, too! I’m also from California – I went to high school in Newport Beach! And thanks so much for including my post about caring for succulents! You are too sweet, Ms. Tori!

I agree! Your welcome:) I am SO bad with plants. I’m still working on my green thumb. Your instructions were so helpful. I passed them along to my family so they don’t kill their new plants:)
Melyssa, I know I’ve said this before on your blog, but it warms my heart to see two bloggers I love interacting! Yay!
And Tori, these turned out so cute! I’m sure your family absolutely loved these thoughtful “green” gifts…and you have a laminator? Not that I need any more crafty gadgets, but that’s definitely on my dream wish list.
Oh I love Melyssa’s blog!! She is so creative and sweet! Thanks Lauren:) They did! OH my! You have to get a laminator! I use that thing all the time!
Wow, these look great!
Thanks!! I just loved your graphic! It worked perfectly for this gift! Thank You!
