One of the perks of moving a lot is getting to explore new towns.  I love playing tourist in my new town to get the lay of the land.  This move, as many of you already know, has brought us to Los Angeles. I am pretty sure I will be playing tourist the entire time we are here. There is so much to do! I have been working my way down my Los Angeles bucket list and I am excited to head to the Hollywood Wax Museum next!

My Mom and Stepdad are flying in a couple of weeks and will be touring this museum with me!  I can hardly contain myself! I haven’t seen them since I left Florida this summer.  My mom loves her celebrities about as much as I do so she will get her fill here!

A little Hollywood Wax Museum History

I have been told that the Hollywood Wax Museum is a must see attraction if you are down in the area. It is the longest-running wax museum in the United States. The Hollywood Wax Museum opened in 1965 and is located in the building that back in the early 1930s housed The Embassy Club, an exclusive entertainment industry nightclub.

You all know I love my celebrity brushes with fame and this time I get to bring a camera with me! Now I am just warning you all. My mom gets a little crazy at wax museums! I went to one with her years ago and we had so many funny pictures.  I will be sure to share all my crazy photos with you all when we get back!

I am also going to bring my two little boys with me.  The museum encourages touch and interaction so I’m not worried about bringing my crew.  I think B will be a good sport and pose with a few of the wax figures.

I can’t wait to go and show you all the fun pictures!
