Ready for a little speed crafting today? If you are in need of a few things for your backyard BBQ this year, I’ve got you covered. I love the tiny details when throwing a party and they are often the easiest thing to do yourself. Today, I am showing you 4 Fourth of July projects you can do in less than 4 minutes! Let’s get started.
First up is the sparkly pom poms!
Toddlers love the charm of a few sparkly pom poms and so will you.
Here is what you will need for this craft:
- Sparkly Pom Poms
- Toothpicks
- Glue gun
Add a little hot glue to the end of your toothpick. Add pom pom. Press and let cool. Done! Add them to your appetizers, table decor, or even atop of a cupcake.
Next up…Handmade napkin rings
What you need:
- Red Jute
- Blue Jute (can be replaced by ribbon)
- Wooden Stars (can be found in your local craft store’s wood section)
- Napkins (fabric or paper)
- Wood burner (optional)
Simply tie a bow using the red and blue jute. Hot glue a wooden star in the middle of the bow. You can add a few details with a wood burner if you like or just leave plain.
Now on to the easiest felt star garland you will ever make…
I found this package of felt stars from Felties by Darice.
Using a sewing machine, stitch right up the middle of the star.
Done!
Last up, washi tape flag toothpicks.
You will need:
- Toothpicks
- Washi Tape
- Scissors
Tear off a little washi tape. Wrap around the toothpick and cut a triangle out of the side. Like the pom-poms they make cute decor for your appetizers or desserts.
There you have it! Four projects for your Fourth of July party in under 4 minutes! For more Fourth of July inspiration check out the Dip Dyed Hand Towels, Red, White, and Blue Star Lights, and the Bandana Star Banner!
